If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to:

Please note:

We must receive the returned goods in re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of delivery, with receipt of proof of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Customers must cover the cost of returns shipping. For your protection, we suggest you return goods via registered post with a tracking number, as Kimono will not be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

We offer a refund or exchange service but we can’t refund your original postage cost.

We do not accept returns on sale items unless it is a case of a defective product.

Refund Procedure

Once the all criteria of the returns procedure have been met. We will refund your payment within 3-5 working days of receiving your item. Gift Cards and Jewellery are non refundable.

As a small business, it’s really important we keep on top of our inventory levels. If you plan on returning an item, we’d appreciate it if you could call ahead and let us know. This way we can offer the item to another customer.
